CYCLING FOR 7+ HOURS 8D

so here i am to continue the post. :D
class chalet was quite pleasant(:
we didn't really do much
but i guess there were some quality moments nonetheless :D
cycling!
part 1 : learning how to cycle
part 2: cycle from pasir ris --> changi airport(didn't reach but yeah explain later)
part 1! omg~
firstly need to thank my many teachers but wait i must say that i still cannot really cycle -.-
okay let's see! many many thanks to sarah hazel yonghwang jiamin althea evelyn rubin and vanice!
this activity that really requires TONS AND TONS of courage which i hate to say but i dont really have -.-
but anyway it took me a long long time to learn! no talent aiyo
part 2!
goal: to cycle from pasir ris to changi airport!
rode on a tandem bike with belinda! thankfully, i didn't have to cycle alone. LOL i think i would have died ohgosh.
thanks to my very experienced and confident partner yay it was really fun :D
the first part of the journey wasquite exciting but as it went on and we got tired..... ok yah you get the point.
we rode for 7 hours ohgosh and so many funny things happened LOL
what back to nature (peeing in bushes ahahahahhaa) and trying to wake the security guard up haiyo!
anyway we didnt make it to changi airport! DDD:
cycled through the park connectors till after changi beach park then it was pavements and lots of roads ohgosh crossing all the big roads !
we passed UPS Fedex and some airport logistics place where we tried to wake a sleeping security guard to um ask for toilet LOL and stopped some car to ask for directions
finally after crossing the same roads and detouring alot of times we were on the park connector to ecp! super long ohgosh then after 5-7km of biking we went back on the pavements
yada yada cycle cycle cycle... i think we cycled around the perimeter of the airport!
i looked at the map and it was like the 3 terminals in the center surrounded by all the runway
so we cycled around and couldnt find a way in
at 4am ++ we were before tanah merah flyover deciding whether to carry on or not
and thankfully we didnt lah i think quite impossible to make it there ..
so putting safety first, as mummy always says, we turned and made our way back!
ohyes i forgot to add that we saw(and heard) quite a few planes taking off and landing! exciting ahahah UP CLOSE SOMEMORE!
{ah this is so lengthy :/ paiseh pardon my longwindedness}
it was about 6+ when we reached civilisation and we saw buses of students making their way to school and the roads were getting crowded :/
traffic light after traffic light blah blah we reached downtown east close to 7 i think? that's alot of cycling haha
i believe it was about 40km at least O:
okay so no more biking ladeedum
{argh i hate the font i am typing this in ohboo}
so we went to macs for breakfast and saw the 405 people and then we went back to bathe! next, we went for lunch at whitesands. thereafter we separated and me,kim,meiqi,rachel,belinda,jiamin,rubin,tingyi went to watch movie at cathay. invictus! okay i just rewatched it just now because.. due to a lack of sleep the previous night, i was asleep for half the movie! lasted through the 1st hour and slept the 2nd i believe was awake at the end though.
met up with the rest at raffles city where we ate dinner then proceeded to the esplanade to admire singapore's night view. 'twas quite relaxing (: just sat on the steps and feel the breeze in your face without homework rubbish to worry about.
next morning we checked out and went to hwach open house! hitched a ride from rachel's daddy :D
